When does membership open?

Book a free Sense Check. If it's a bigger matter, Straight Talk sorts it with one clear plan within 48 hours.

What if I need help before then?

No. Membership is paid monthly in advance. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. Your membership runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

Is there a lock-in?

What if I miss my Sounding Board call one month?

It doesn't roll over. Each month's call is for that month. You'll get a reminder at the start of each month, so you can book it early and lock it in.
