Besides seriously big hair, I also have serious passion and drive to see people and business get the most out of life. To me, this equates to growth in the pursuit of greatness.

Unaware of “human resources” when I started my career, I was firmly on track for a career in hospitality management on a mission to deliver outstanding customer service with energy! Fast forward 25 years and I have worked as a Human Resources generalist across 9 industries. From Medical Services to Media, Professional Services to FMCG and most recently Automotive. I’ve worked with amazing brands in Australia and across APAC. I’ve often been complemented on my ability to be a chameleon and adapt to varying industries, without reducing my impact. Truth is, I find people fascinating and when I see an opportunity to add value - I’m in, 200%!

2026 was my year to step out of corporate life and into consulting so that I can share my experiences in decoding how to shape an intentional culture for sustained long term growth.

My curiosity and thirst for more has helped me achieve MBA (Change) with UNSW, and specialised qualifications with Gallup CliftonStrengths and The Leadership Circle.

I believe in zooming out and zooming in, to fully appreciate the system dynamics at play if you want to achieve true impact and have modelled this throughout my career.
