Besides seriously big hair, I also have serious passion and drive to see people and business get the most out of life. To me, this equates to growth in the pursuit of greatness.

Unaware of "human resources" when I started my career, I was firmly on track for a career in hospitality management on a mission to deliver outstanding customer service with energy! Fast forward 25 years and I have worked as a senior HR leader across 9 industries. From Medical Services to Media, Professional Services to FMCG and most recently Automotive. I've worked with amazing brands in Australia and across APAC, including ACP Magazines, Red Bull, KPMG, Volvo Cars and Nine. I've often been complimented on my ability to be a chameleon and adapt to varying industries, without reducing my impact. Truth is, I find people fascinating. When I see an opportunity to add value, I'm in, 200%!

2026 was my year to step out of corporate life and into consulting. Now I work with growing businesses as a fractional Chief People Officer and culture strategist, sharing what I've learned about shaping an intentional culture for sustained long-term growth.

My curiosity and thirst for more have helped me achieve an MBA (Change) with UNSW, and specialised qualifications with Gallup CliftonStrengths and The Leadership Circle.

I believe in zooming out and zooming in to fully appreciate the system dynamics at play. That's where true impact comes from, and I've modelled it throughout my career. It's also how I work in the grey between what the business needs and what people need. Commercial first. People centred always.
