I believe that growth is the essential driver for life. For me, the pursuit of greatness is simply the commitment to be better tomorrow than you were today.
I have spent 25 years navigating the complexities of the Australian business landscape, from the call centre to the boardroom and across highly disrupted and varied industries. I appreciate that excellence isn't a destination you reach and then stop. It is a continuous loop of evolution and I have seen first-hand how intentional cultures out live and outperform accidental cultures.
