In the Culture Review we will confirm where you are now, where you want to be and build the bridge to close the gap.
This is deep work but can also be a lot of fun. My role is to uncover the wonderful uniqueness of your culture; gather data and insights to shine a light on where you are really at today and share an actionable plan to greatness.
I will do the heavy lifting of 1:1 interviews, group workshops, observations and data analysis.
You will receive a detailed report that summarises my findings and recommended actions. This is not a generic report; it is a strategic map of the strengths you can build on, the friction you need to address, and the untapped opportunities waiting for you.

In this practical, hands-on workshop, you will deconstruct your professional operating system and build a personalised Core Blueprint: a strategic map that aligns your natural strengths, values and motivators with your daily output. You will learn the Grow to Great cycle, audit your energy rituals, and apply Planning with Intent strategies so you can manage your time and energy with precision and strengthen your self-awareness.

Building on the foundation of Grow to Great | Core this workshop guides Leaders to understand how their Core Blueprint lands as a Leader.
You will explore the Leadership Shadow, and how to best leverage your personal operating style to be the best leader for your people.
Leaders move beyond surface-level management to master the mechanics of impactful 1:1s, the Coach vs. Tell dynamic, taking an active role in the Grow to Great cycle for your people and the art of leading a high-accountability feedback culture. Leaders learn to communicate for impact to drive collective excellence and nurture trust.

Effective and high-performing teams play to their individual and collective strengths, foster trust-based accountability, and communicate exceptionally, to deliver aligned priorities.
Working with formed teams, participants are guided to share and unpack the Core Blueprints around the room. With these fresh insights, they co-create the Team Operating System that will be the foundation for their performance, communication and connection.
The Grow to Great | Collective program is run over two sessions, with a follow up pulse check and debrief session.
